These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jiaace platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.
Important Notice: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the jiaace platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiaace. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jiaace website or any of its services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users ("Player", "you", "your") of the jiaace online gambling platform, accessible at https://jiaace.net ("Platform", "Website", "jiaace"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the jiaace service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the bonus-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
To open a jiaace account and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
Age Verification: jiaace reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jiaace Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. jiaace employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus winnings will be forfeited and one or both accounts may be permanently closed.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout your relationship with jiaace. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identity document, or a mobile number belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiaace login credentials, including your username and password. jiaace strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Settings. You must notify jia ace support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jiaace will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
3.4 Account Currency. All jiaace accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. jiaace does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made via international payment methods may be subject to currency conversion at rates determined by the relevant payment provider.
4.1 jiaace operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Identity verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed. jiaace also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing any deposit, granting bonus funds, or continuing to permit account access.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page or in a specific promotional offer.
5.3 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the jiaace account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jiaace account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of payment network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. 5.5 No Deposit Fees. jiaace does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside jiaace's control.
5.6 Deposit Limits. jiaace may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at an individual account level, including for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through Account Settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. A Player's first withdrawal will not be processed until the full KYC process has been completed to jiaace's satisfaction.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jiaace reserves the right to route withdrawals to the payment method used for the largest deposit on the account. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a payment account registered in a different name from the jiaace account.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume or following a public holiday in Bangladesh, processing may take up to 24 hours. jiaace does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the jiaace cashier and may be subject to change. Players with higher withdrawal requirements should contact support to discuss account-level arrangements.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. jiaace does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited or special-arrangement withdrawals may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to the Player before the transaction is confirmed.
6.6 Right to Review. jiaace reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of additional security, fraud, or responsible gaming checks. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal compliance obligations.
7.1 jiaace offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other offers, only one bonus may be active on a jiaace account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.
7.4 Abuse and Fraud. jiaace actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets (hedging) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, jiaace reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close the account, and recover any funds that were improperly obtained.
7.5 jiaace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a Player who has already satisfied the conditions of an active bonus.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the jiaace Platform are subject to acceptance by jiaace. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is assigned. jiaace reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. Where a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds or on the basis of a manifest error — including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors — jiaace reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. jiaace will notify affected Players as promptly as possible.
8.3 Live Betting. Odds on live (in-play) markets are subject to change at any time. During periods of high activity, such as wickets falling in a BPL match or goals being scored in a football fixture, there may be a brief suspension of live markets. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided at jiaace's discretion if the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
8.4 Match Integrity. jiaace cooperates with sports integrity bodies to detect and investigate irregular betting patterns. Any bet placed with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption will be voided, the account permanently closed, and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
8.5 Casino and Game Rules. For all casino games — including slots, live tables, fishing arcade titles, and crash games — the rules of the individual game as presented by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) apply. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and jiaace's general Terms, jiaace's Terms shall take precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiaace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

11.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jiaace will notify the Player by email and aim to resolve the investigation within 14 business days. Withdrawal requests will be held during this period. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.
11.3 Players may close their own jiaace account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC and fraud checks.
All content on the jiaace Platform — including but not limited to the jiaace brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game content owned by game providers) — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiaace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. While jiaace makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, jiaace does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond jiaace's control (including internet service outages, mobile network disruptions, and force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiaace's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your privacy is important to jiaace. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and betting history — is governed by the jiaace Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiaace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
